Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how LeBeau Love PLLC ("LeBeau Love," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you access or use our website located at https://l4hub.lovable.app/ (the "Website") and any related features, tools, and services made available through the Website (collectively, the "Platform" or "L4: LeBeau Love Learning Lab").

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Website, Patients (individuals seeking therapy or counseling), and Providers (independent licensed mental health professionals or practices) who access or use the Platform.

2. Important Note About Health Information

2.1 General

L4: LeBeau Love Learning Lab is a technology platform intended to help Patients find and connect with independent Providers. Neither LeBeau Love nor the Platform are a health care provider and do not provide medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2.2 HIPAA and PHI

LeBeau Love is not a "covered entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"). However, in certain circumstances LeBeau Love may act as a "business associate" to a Provider or practice. If LeBeau Love creates, receives, maintains, or transmits "protected health information" ("PHI") on behalf of a Provider in a manner subject to HIPAA, our use and disclosure of that PHI will be governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") between LeBeau Love and the applicable Provider (and by applicable law). If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and an applicable BAA with respect to PHI, the BAA will control.

2.3 Provider Responsibilities

Providers are independent third parties. Providers are responsible for their own privacy practices, professional obligations, and compliance with applicable laws (including any HIPAA obligations that apply to them). Providers should not submit PHI to the Platform except through Platform features expressly intended for PHI and only after any required BAA is in place, as described in our Terms of Use.

2.4 Provider Policies

Any professional services are provided solely by Providers under their own terms, policies, and applicable professional standards. Information you provide directly to a Provider (including through a Provider's systems or communications outside the Platform) is governed by that Provider's privacy practices and applicable law, not this Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways: (a) information you provide to us, (b) information collected automatically when you use the Platform, and (c) information we obtain from third parties.

3.1 Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, password (or other authentication credentials), and profile details.
  • Patient information: general location (e.g., city/state), preferences and intake-related information you choose to share (e.g., therapy goals, modality preferences, scheduling preferences), and communications you send through the Platform.
  • Provider information: professional and practice details (e.g., practice name, business contact information, licensure and credential information, specialties, availability) and other Provider Content.
  • User Content and communications: messages, inquiries, feedback, survey responses, and other information or materials you submit, post, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
  • Support and administrative information: information you provide when you contact us for customer support or other inquiries.

We may process a subscription fee through the Platform during beta. When we collect a subscription fee, we do not collect or store full payment card information through the Platform; instead, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, which receives your payment card information directly. We may receive and retain limited payment-related information from the processor, such as the transaction amount, date/time, payment status, and a payment token or other identifier needed to confirm the transaction and provide access. If we expand or otherwise change payment functionality in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Platform, we (and service providers acting on our behalf) may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language preferences, referring/exit pages, time/date stamps, clickstream data, and interactions with the Platform.
  • Log and diagnostic information: performance data, crash reports, and other technical information to help us maintain and secure the Platform.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies, pixel tags, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies that help the Platform function, remember preferences, support security, and provide analytics.

3.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Analytics and measurement providers (for example, to help us understand Platform usage and improve performance).
  • Identity/authentication providers if you choose to sign in through a third-party service (where available), subject to that third party's terms and privacy practices.
  • Providers (for example, practice details or updates to Provider Content) and other users where needed to operate the Platform.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Directly from you when you create an account, complete forms, submit inquiries, communicate through the Platform, provide feedback, or otherwise provide information to us.
  • Automatically through your use of the Platform via cookies and similar technologies, as described above.
  • From service providers and third parties that help operate and secure the Platform (for example, hosting, communications, security, and analytics providers).

5. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform, including creating and managing accounts, facilitating connections between Patients and Providers, and enabling Platform features.
  • Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, sending administrative messages (e.g., updates, security alerts), and providing customer support.
  • Improve and develop the Platform, including debugging, testing, research, analytics, and product development.
  • Personalize user experience, including remembering preferences and tailoring Platform content and functionality.
  • Security and fraud prevention, including protecting users, the Platform, and our business from unauthorized access, misuse, and other threats.
  • Legal and compliance purposes, including responding to lawful requests, enforcing our Terms of Use, and complying with applicable laws.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information from personal information. Aggregated or de-identified information does not identify you and may be used for business purposes, including analytics and improving the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and vendors. We disclose information to third parties that perform services on our behalf (for example, hosting, communications, customer support, security, and analytics). These parties are permitted to access and use information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Between Patients and Providers. The Platform is designed to help Patients connect with Providers. Information you choose to share through the Platform (for example, your messages or scheduling preferences) may be disclosed to the Provider(s) you choose to contact or connect with. Provider profile information and Provider Content may be displayed to Patients as part of the Platform's functionality.
  • Affiliates. We may disclose information to our affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
  • Legal process, safety, and rights. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law; respond to lawful requests; protect the rights, property, or safety of L4: LeBeau Love Learning Lab, users, or others; or enforce our Terms of Use.
  • Business transactions. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. If such a transaction occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy (or provide notice of material changes).
  • With your consent. We may disclose information for any other purpose you expressly consent to.

7. Cookies and Analytics; Your Choices

7.1 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some cookies may be placed by third parties that provide services to us. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. If you remove or reject cookies, some features may not work as intended.

7.2 Analytics

We may use analytics services to help us understand how users interact with the Platform. These services may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and usage events, and may use cookies or similar technologies. We use analytics information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.

7.3 Marketing Communications

If we send you promotional emails, you can opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may continue to send non-promotional messages (e.g., account, security, or support messages).

8. Links to Other Websites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our interests and the interests of others. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purposes for which it is processed.

10. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to us may contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Additional Disclosures

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights vary by jurisdiction and may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing where applicable. Please contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
